Grandma Schooley's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Grandma Schooley's Chocolate Chip Cookies are ones I fell in love with in Idaho, from my friend, Eric Schooley. Nice and crisp around the edges, gooey on the inside.. Grab a handful and a glass of milk, and you will think you are in heaven!

Preheat oven to 375°

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Soft Butter
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl.
Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Gradually stir in flour mixture.
Slowly stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Cool completely on wire racks.

Makes about 4 dozen.
